Speaking of which, the drawer has three important features. Its closure is magnetic to keep it secure. It can be opened from either end, just push or pull. The drawer is also deep enough to hold most standard stationery, including wooden rubber stamps.
Another aspect I leaned into with the Zoila is the nature of wood knots. Some models fully embrace their texture or the gap it left behind.
